Charges and Reservations

Charges are calculated to include the day of arrival and the day of departure. If pets are collected between 9:00am and 9:30am on the departure day, then no charge is made for that day.

Deposits:- At the peak times of Easter, June to September (inclusive), Christmas and New Year, all accommodation charges must be paid in full two months in advance. During these peak periods we operate a non-refundable policy.

Boarding Charges

The table below shows the daily charges. When two, three or four cats from the same family share the same apartment, the overall charges are reduced accordingly.

There is an additional supplement for each pen booked for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
